So, can we create canons like 'The King' or 'The Queen'? You keep mentioning the government, so..? [/blockquote] -]] Since characters can be transformed, the answer is no. You may not create canon characters that are mentioned in the plot. Every now and again, a staff member will post a 'newsletter' or 'speaking' from the King. This will update the Regals and Courtsmen & women of the King's recent plans. You are not allowed to manipulate the King while role playing. ex: I don't understand it. The King has been so upset lately. Nobody understands the King completely. He goes through a great deal to keep himself as secret as possible. The only way that the King communicates with his citizens is through news in the papers (which headlines) and on important speakings at the alter.
What's all this about the deal with technology? [/blockquote] -]] Well, it's simple really. Picture a city. Remove everything that runs on electricity. This is Falikon. Residents have replaced all these needs with past-time uses; horses for transportation, ice for coolers, ect. Are we allowed to create fantastical characters, like vampires or nekos? [/blockquote] -]] No. Even as COF is a somewhat fictional site, humans are permitted; and humans only.
