Demolished by his past, he tends to be seclusive for the majority of times. Though once you encounter the real side of him, he won't stay out of your head. With an obnoxious amount of charisma, Kaito is a hopeless flirt in every-which-way possible. And with that, he has developed his cleverness and cunning to an all-time high. Kaito is a strong leader at heart. Over the years, Kaito has obtained one last trait: Protective. Selfish; not so much. If he wanted to, Kaito could put his life on the line for something, or someone, he loved more than himself. He wouldn't be the guy to screw with by cheating on. ABOUT PAST EVENTS Kaito was born an orphan. Now, that really doesn't make much sense, does it? Well, as soon as his mother gave birth, she was killed by the government. She was not at law at the time to have another child. Kaito had 3 siblings already, which the King permitted. As soon as she was pregnant with Kaito, the leader threatened to kill the baby. There is a rule that there can be no immediate family with over 5 members, is there not? And so, the cruel King gave his mother a choice. She would sacrifice one other member of the family, or the baby would be killed after birth. She sacrificed herself for her son, Kaito. Well, the rest of his family was distraught. He had two brothers and one sister. His sister was just a year older than he when a plague struck the town. Only the most wealthiest of families could afford medical services - Kaito's was not one of them. His entire family was killed, besides him. Newborns were taken into care when the plague hit. Only his generation was assured survival. The only other victors of this plague were the wealthy and the Courtsmen. As soon as Kaito was grown enough, he was placed into foster homes. Of course, the foster parents didn't have a choice if they wanted Kaito or not. He was forced into their homes by the King's orders. And so, he jumped from home to home until he was old enough to live on his own. To the day, he lives on the streets without enough money to buy a house. Working at the local farrier's, Kaito earns a minimal salary and is saving for enough for an apartment. SECRETS
